The Challenges of The Multiprofessional Team in Facing Covid-19: a Literature Review

Objectives: to review in the literature role and challenges of multidisciplinary team confronting Covid-19 collaborate improve health approaches. Methods: this is an integrative review, carried out from July August 2020. The data collection took place between years 2019 2020, electronic databases PubMed VHL (Virtual Health Library), through descriptors “multidisciplinary at Covid-19”, present DeCS (Health Sciences Descriptors), Portuguese English. Results: After collecting data, 112 (BVS = 109; 03) scientific articles were identified, which 100 (review 10, duplicates 8, outside theme 82) excluded, resulting 12 research eligible for final sample discussion work. Among main approaches discussed, remote classes, professional training, creation service protocols, use technology as a way reduce risk contagion optimize therapeutic approaches, disposition guidance on correct personal protective equipment psychosocial support professionals, due physical emotional overload during pandemic. Conclusion: Therefore, it clear that pandemic new coronavirus poses great entire social situation. Until then, extent its effects world population immeasurable. Thus, highlighted integration professionals considered foundation most important strategy facing Covid-19.
